Shipping policy

1. Production & Fulfillment Time

Every item on our store is made-to-order. This means once you place your order, we start the printing and quality-check process specifically for you.

  • Standard Fulfillment: 2–7 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (e.g., Q4), fulfillment may take up to 10 business days.

  • Note: Fulfillment time is separate from the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping tiers depending on your location:

  • Domestic (Standard): 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: 10–20 business days depending on customs and local courier speeds.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: > Fulfillment Time (2–7 days) + Shipping Carrier Time (3–20 days) = Total Arrival Time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, [Store Name] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take full responsibility for items damaged during transit or lost by the carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us at contact@printonics.store within 7 days with a photo of the product and the packaging.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Since our POD process begins almost immediately, we cannot guarantee address changes after 12 hours of order placement. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
